So...we are having a contest each month. For each member that you turn in the information on we will submit a ticket with your name for a $100 monthly drawing. Please print the attached form. To win in Teamsters Trivia you must be one of first two people correctly answered the question of the contest (Only ONE submission per person, Per Month please. Any additional entry will be discarded).
The question is updated once a month, so please check with us often.
The winners will be determined by the arrival date and time of the correct answer.
1st place winner - $50.00 VISA card 2nd place winner - $25.00 VISA card
The winners will be contacted by the email provided in the answer form below.
The prizes will be awarded at the following month General Membership Meeting (GMM) or by USPS mail if the winner is unable to attend GMM.
